Beavers start at 6 years of age and transfer to cubs at 8 years of age.  There are both boys and girls in our colony.

Beavers go on one night sleepovers which are held indoors, they can only camp if parents/guardians sleep with them.

Beavers do a wide range of activities and badges. The highest award a Beaver can get is the Chief Scout Bronze Award and for this they have to complete 6 Challenge badges. Beaver Scouting encourages younger children to mix, work as team members, develop new skills, make new friends, try new activities and to develop their own personality.

Beavers love singing campfire songs.
